    The HealthCenter combines a super-surgery center, a leading-edge diagnostic center, luxury inpatient suites, a comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation center, digestive health clinic, a women's clinic, plastic surgery clinic, and a pain and wellness clinic to provide advanced and high quality health care in the beautiful Flathead Valley of Montana. The HealthCenter is a joint venture of local physicians and Kalispell Regional Healthcare.  This partnership enables a high level of personalized and cost effective patient care that we are most proud of.


    Position Summary: Management of the daily operations of the department to ensure patient safety, excellent care, physician satisfaction, and efficient operations.

    • Staff Management
    • Physician Relations
    • Procedures and Protocols for the Perioperative Department
    • Training and Continuous Quality Improvement Process
    • Budgeting and Forecasting
    • Short and Long-range Strategic Planning

    Schedule: Fulltime, M-F, some evening and weekend meetings required.


    Minimum Qualifications: 

    • Current Montana RN License
    • Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
    • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a nursing leadership role required. Charge nurse or supervisor experience along with strong perioperative experience may be considered
    • CNOR preferred
    • Current Healthcare Provider CPR
    • Current ACLS, PALS or within 3 months of hire
    • Possess knowledge of the health care environment, health care reform and care delivery systems as they apply to the clinical practices on the unit
