  • Responsibilities

    Provides professional and effective leadership for the Medical Assistants while working cohesively with all areas of the clinic with the goal of individualized patient care. Coordinates the providers schedule to maximize availability and ensure efficiency. Oversees interventional procedure schedule to allow for efficient procedural days, patient flow, and proper follow up. Function as a medical assistant as needed in response to changing workloads and clinical needs. Participate in the budgeting process achieving annual budget targets and staffing to match patient volumes.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Excellent, verbal and interpersonal skills; effective leadership skills.
    • Must be an MA or LPN with two years clinical experience; prefer CMA and previous leadership experience.
    • Proven ability to develop relationships with staff members and providers.
    • Must be able to flex with the needs of the clinic, respond to change in a positive, professional, and calm manner.
    • Strong typing and computer skills

    Schedule: Fulltime, 80 hours per pay period, M-F, hours vary with the needs of the clinic.
