  • Responsibilities

    Will perform a wide variety of human resource department responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:

    • Staff customer service

    • Benefit Administration to include some benefit design

    • Leadership assistance/coaching

    • Payroll entry/timecards/corrections

    • Compliance/FMLA/Workers Comp

    • Exiting employee process/turnover reporting statistics

    • Reporting/productivity/audits

    • Ongoing special projects

    • Back-up to recruiting when needed

    • Back-up to employee onboarding when needed


    A minimum of 5 years HR experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred

    • Prior experience with benefit administration required

    • Strongly prefer knowledge of payroll data entry and processing.

    • Excellent computer skills, experience with HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite required.

    • Proven ability to compile and analyze data

    • Must have proven track record for problem solving and excellent customer service

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Positive attitude; ability to be flexible with the needs of the deparment

    • Ability to prioritize in a very busy environment.

    • Previous recruiting experience preferred.
