    The Montana Center for Wellness and Pain Management, a department of The HealthCenter, is proud to offer some of the most comprehensive pain and wellness care in the United States. Our chronic pain physicians are on the cutting edge of minimally invasive interventional techniques, medical management of pain and the treatment of addiction. Their efforts are augmented by the talents of our physical therapist, physician assistants, family nurse practitioner and a host of complementary treatment providers.


    Perform a variety of office duties, such as:

    • Answer incoming phone calls, schedule patients, prepare charts, make appointment reminder calls
    • Greet and check in patients
    • Verify insurance and obtain any necessary pre-authorizations
    • Collect and process payments
    • Mail distribution
    • Medical Records processing
    • Filing
    • Lock/Unlock office
    • Perform other duties as assigned


    • Requires excellent communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills
    • Previous medical office experience preferred
    • Business office experience required
    • Strong typing and computer skills
    • Must work co-operatively within the business office team
